American Association of University Women (AAUW) – Auburn
Since 1881, the American Association of University Women has been the nation’s leading voice promoting education and equity for women and girls. Through its vital nationwide network, AAUW opens doors for women and girls and influences public debate on critical social issues such as education, civil rights, and health care. AAUW also sponsors community programs, publishes groundbreaking research on women, girls, and education, provides the world’s largest source of funding exclusively for graduate women, and fights sex discrimination in education.

Assistance League of Greater Placer
Assistance League of Greater Placer is a nonprofit, all volunteer organization that is a chapter of National Assistance League®. There are currently more than 122 chapters and guilds nationwide with 26,000 members. Membership is open to all individuals interested in providing service to the community. Some of our projects include: providing children with new clothing and shoes, delivering backpacks, school supplies and dictionaries to school children, delivering teddy bears to hospitals and CHP, and awarding community college scholarships. We raise funds to support our philanthropic programs through our Thrift Shop, Annual Appeal, Bingo Round-up fundraiser, Fall Tea and Fashion Show fundraiser, grants from various organizations and donations from individuals.

Auburn 20-30, #19
Active 20-30 provides young adults in their twenty’s and thirty’s with an opportunity for personal growth, friendship and leadership development while improving the quality of life for the special needs of children in the Auburn community. Our organization has been servicing the Auburn community for 85 years. We are a 100% volunteer organization and raise money via various projects throughout the year to benefit the special needs of underprivileged children in the Auburn and surrounding communities such as our Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt, Funk Box Derby, Auburn Brewfest, and the Annual Holiday Shopping Spree.

Kiwanis Club of Auburn
Kiwanis International is a global organization of members dedicated to serving the children of the world. Kiwanis and its family of clubs—nearly 600,000 members strong—annually raise more than US$100 million and dedicate more than 18 million volunteer hours to strengthen communities and serve children. Members of every age attend regular meetings, experience fellowship, raise funds for various causes and participate in service projects that help their communities.

Lions
Founded in 1917, we are best known for fighting blindness, but we also volunteer for many different kinds of community projects – including caring for the environment, feeding the hungry and aiding seniors and the disabled. By conducting vision screenings, equipping hospitals and clinics, distributing medicine and raising awareness of eye disease, Lions work toward their mission of providing vision for all. Our community projects often support local children and schools through scholarships, recreation and mentoring. Our Leo Program provides the youth of the world with an opportunity for personal development through volunteering.
